Successful quality management system regenerating audit

We have been priding ourselves having awarded the ISO 9001:2000 standard certificate since September 2002. The next actual regenerating audit was performed successfully on 11-12th of September. The auditors of TÜV Rheinland InterCert Co. Ltd. found no discrepancy and that is why he proposed to retain the validity of certification.Among the statements of audit-report some positive features were underlined such as

• After the restructuring of Development, the coordination of Product Office, projects and version management was successful
• By setting up the Project Office and working out the standardized project methodology, the efficiency of project-oriented working is more significant.
• Fitting to Support the Helpdesk, Testing and Documentation was very successful.
• Implementation and integrated adaptation of Navision was on high profession level.
• At the HR, using the competence matrix and the system of personal valuation is significant.
