The ISO 9001:2000 Standard Certificate issue date is September 20, 2002.

The Company’s employees have been receiving their Continuous Quality Management Training since the earliest years of the company's operations. New employees receive specialized ISO Standards and Internal Corporate Processes Training as part of their annual training plan.

Dorsum Co., Ltd. has a specialized expert with a Corporate Auditor’s Degree, who has been in charge of the Internal Auditor Training of representatives of different areas of corporate activities. Almost immediately after receiving the Quality Management Certificate, the internal audits were commenced in October of 2002. These internal audit processes are currently in operation. We are constantly inspecting processes in different business areas and all deviations from the regulatory framework. As a standard procedure, the internal audits are followed by comprehensive audit reports complete with proposals and supervized by the Board of Executives.

We have established relations with quality management institutions. Our company is a member of the Hungarian Quality Association and the Hungarian Committee of European Organization for Quality.

TÜV Rheinland InterCert Kft. completed their first annual audit in November, 2003, where the audit team found no deviations or irregularities and proposed the validation of the certificate. Another positive aspect of the audit was the audit team's commendation of the management's and employees' attitudes towards the application of the Quality Management System, the clear and orderly excellence of services provided, our excellent operating procedures to maximize client satisfaction and the reliable research and preparation supporting the analyses.

In autumn of 2004, the second annual audit was completed by TÜV Rheinland InterCert Kft. in which no deviations or irregularities were found and the validation of the certificate was again proposed. Among the positive statements of the audit were, the commitment of the staff to the Quality Management System, the management of resources, training organization and evaluation, the well-organized Contract Registration System, the helpful, consistent, straightforward, experienced Quality Management Leader and the attainment of the “Suitable Supplier for NATO” qualification.

The certification acquired in 2002 was valid until the end of September, 2005. In order to verify the continuity, we would have liked our new certificate to refer to the original date of the original audit. So, in accordance with the regulations, in that month, TÜV Rheinland InterCert Kft. conducted an extensive audit on September 15, 2005. After a thorough and successful Quality Management System’s audit of the entire system, Dorsum once again received the Quality Management Certification for an additional three years. The auditors’ report emphasized the positive aspects of QMS closely adhering to professional procedures and as functioning in accordance with them. The software development process, support and helpdesk are clear and well organized and traceable as well. We gained serious recognition for our Contract Registration System and for our highly accomplished Junior Training System’s level of expertise that we organize every year.

Our first annual audit was successfully completed in the autumn of 2006. The positive aspects of the audit were the quality of partner relations and the high quality of services provided. The Quality Management System closely and harmoniously functions in accordance with the software development and consultant services. Our expert management is committed to operating efficiently and the system’s development and progress is continuous.
